SJ Battery Pack – Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to the SJ Battery Pack website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SJ Battery Pack ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related mobile communication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Supporter Community & Code of Conduct SJ Battery Pack is an independent booster organization dedicated to fostering positive fan culture and community engagement at Tech CU Arena and across the hockey community. Users agree to use the Service, including the mobile chat rooms, digital passport features, and arcade activities, in a lawful manner that respects all fellow supporters and arena guidelines.

2. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS & 2FA Program) By providing your mobile phone number and requesting account verification or login within the SJ Battery Pack mobile application, you explicitly consent to participate in the SJ Battery Pack Mobile Messaging Program.

  • Program Description: We send one-time authentication codes (2FA / OTP security verification) and critical account security notifications to users authenticating or registering an account on our mobile application.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency is event-driven and strictly transactional. You will receive one (1) SMS message per login or account verification request.

  • Rates & Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your individual mobile telephone service plan. SJ Battery Pack does not charge an additional fee for sending or receiving text messages.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any text message received from us. You may also text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be transmitted to your mobile device unless you initiate a new verification request.

  • Customer Support & Help: For assistance or support regarding our SMS messaging program, reply HELP to any message, text HELP to our number, email us directly at info@sjbatterypack.com, or visit our website at https://sjbatterypack.com.

  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and other regional operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.

  • Eligibility: To enroll in the mobile messaging program, you must be the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number submitted or have the permission of the authorized account holder, and be at least 13 years of age.

3. Privacy & Non-Sharing of Mobile Data SJ Battery Pack strictly respects consumer privacy:

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

  • All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties.

4. User Accounts and Security You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining control over the mobile device associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

5. Termination of Service SJ Battery Pack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, mobile application, or SMS features at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the booster organization.
