Respectful and Inclusive Behavior:
Treat all members, fans, players, officials, and staff with respect and courtesy.
Avoid using offensive language, slurs, or derogatory remarks.

Adherence to Arena Rules:
Comply with all arena rules and regulations set forth by the management and staff.
Follow instructions provided by arena personnel promptly and courteously.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees by respecting restricted areas and emergency protocols.

Sportsmanship:
Display good sportsmanship at all times, both within SJ Battery Pack and towards opposing teams' fans.
Avoid engaging in or promoting any form of physical or verbal aggression, harassment, or intimidation.
Refrain from throwing objects onto the ice or into the crowd.
Responsible Consumption of Alcohol:
Drink responsibly and in accordance with the arena's policies regarding alcohol consumption.
Do not engage in excessive or disruptive behavior due to alcohol consumption.
Encourage fellow club members to make responsible choices regarding alcohol consumption.

Support for the Team:
Cheer for the home team and show enthusiastic support during games.
Avoid engaging in negative or hostile behavior towards players, coaches, or officials.
Represent SJ Battery Pack positively, enhancing the team's image within the community.

Respect for Away Fans:
Extend courtesy and respect to fans supporting the opposing team.
Refrain from engaging in derogatory chants, insults, or taunting towards away fans.
Treat away fans as guests in our arena, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
Compliance with Legal and League Policies:
Abide by all local, state, and federal laws during SJ Battery Pack activities.
Follow all American Hockey League (AHL) policies and guidelines, including those related to fan conduct.
Report any potential violations of the law or league policies to the appropriate authorities.
